Full-Time (Permanent) Business Adviser Position

Mallusk Enterprise Park seeks an entrepreneurial individual to deliver Business Start and Growth Advice to SME’s.  This role will entail working with individuals at various stages of their entrepreneurial journey. The suitable candidate will have a proven track record in Enterprise and / or Economic Development or have at least 3 years experience of running their own business/es.

Main duties will involve:

• Delivery of Enterprise Support and Advice to pre-start, start up and growth businesses (both private businesses and social enterprises)
• The development of Business Plans and preparation of financial projections for pre-start, start-up and existing businesses (both private businesses and social enterprises)
• The ability to signpost clients to other sources of support
• Playing a key part in developing, maintaining and communicating the organisations ethos and objectives through relevant marketing
• Liaising with partner organisations and stakeholders to develop and build relationships
