Mallusk Enterprise Hub hosts Inaugural Health and Wellbeing Day. This exclusive event organised by the Business Advice team at Mallusk Enterprise Park and funded by Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council Go Succeed programme offered entrepreneurs, self employed individuals and business owners an opportunity to take a day to prioritise both their physical and mental well-being. Attended by the Mayor of Antrim and Newtownabbey, Councillor Mark Cooper, BEM, visitors of the popular event had the chance to hear from keynote speakers Billy Dixon and Cathy Mahon-Davey, tried complimentary taster therapies, including reflexology from registered nurse Lorraine Cairns of Amethyst Holistics NI and reiki from Julie Tully BA (Hons), RMT. Delegates also enjoyed a range of nutritious food supplied by the catering service of the new social enterprise café located in the business park, B Social Deli.
