An exclusive health and wellbeing event organised by the Business Advice team at Mallusk Enterprise Park and funded by Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council Go Succeed programme offered entrepreneurs, self employed individuals and business owners an opportunity to take a day to prioritise both their physical and mental well-being.
Attended by the Mayor of Antrim and Newtownabbey, Councillor Mark Cooper, BEM, visitors of the popular event had the chance to hear from keynote speakers Billy Dixon and Cathy Mahon-Davey, try complimentary taster therapies, including reflexology from registered nurse Lorraine Cairns, the entrepreneur behind new Newtownabbey business, Amethyst Holistics NI and reiki from Ballyclare Holistic Therapist, Julie Tully BA (Hons), RMT, founder of the Harmony Hub NI.
Delegates also enjoyed a range of nutritious food supplied by the catering service of the new social enterprise café located in the business park, B Social Deli.
The full day event was hosted in Mallusk Enterprise Hub and the complementary therapies were provided inside the private huddle rooms within the conference and meeting facility.
