We are seeking a proactive and organised Marketing and Administration Assistant from 8:30am to 2:00pm on a Temporary basis . No previous experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to start their career. The role involves supporting marketing initiatives, managing social media accounts, creating promotional content, and assisting with event planning. Additionally, the assistant will handle administrative tasks such as answering inquiries, maintaining records, and coordinating office activities. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills, contributing to the growth and success of the enterprise park and its tenants.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Campaigns, assist in the execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Content Support, help develop and edit content for social media, websites, newsletters, and promotional materials under supervision.
  • Social Media Assistance, help maintain and update the agency’s social media profiles, engage with followers, and monitor basic analytics.
  • Market Research Assistance, conduct basic market research to help identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.
  • Event Support, assist in organizing and promoting events, workshops, and seminars hosted by the agency.
  • Graphic Design Assistance, help create and edit graphics for marketing materials using design software.
  • Email Marketing Support, assist with managing email marketing campaigns, including list management and content creation.
  • Website Updates, help update and maintain the agency’s website with fresh content and ensure all information is current.
  • General Office Support, handle basic phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
  • Scheduling Assistance, help manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments for staff and clients.
  • Document Management Assistance, assist in organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files.
  • Data Entry, input and update client and project information in the agency’s database.
  • Report Preparation Assistance, help in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external use.
  • Financial Administration Support, assist with basic financial tasks, such as invoicing and processing payments.
  • Supplies Management, monitor and order office supplies under supervision, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
  • Client Support, provide basic administrative support to clients, including responding to inquiries and providing information on agency services.

  • Communication Skills, good verbal and written communication for effective interaction with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Time Management, ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail, high level of accuracy and thoroughness in completing tasks, ensuring quality and consistency in both marketing and administrative duties.

Desirable Skills

  • Digital Literacy, basic understanding of social media platforms and digital tools.

Further Information
